I came in for a consultation regarding my wisdom’s teeth needed to be extracted. The Doctor recommended me a CT scan to determine if the nerve was very close. They provide this service at their office. Can you believe that???! Front desk lady provided me with the cost to have the CT scan and the cost for surgery. She explained everything in detailed. There was no TRICKS or any SNEAKY billing. I understood everything & did my surgery. I highly recommend their office if you are looking for a responsible doctor who really wants you to understand and address your oral health issues. They took my insurance and explained to me how it works. Insurance doesn’t pay for EVERYTHING. (if they do, QUESTION them!!! )My coverage for surgery was 50% which my insurance paid and I paid my portion. The office is neat and clean, and very relaxing. Check them out they’re pretty cool! Don’t be afraid they got it all at their office.
Amanda Lippman2023-08-25I honestly don’t know where to begin. I am a dentist’s daughter, and naturally any dentist that I use has very heavy shoes to fill. My teeth cleaning, two weeks ago was simple, relaxing and quick. Today I went for a big procedure. We had to refill seven cavities that were done 15 to 20 years ago. I was there for 2 1/2 hours and I didn’t mind one minute of it. The only thing I felt was a slight pinch for the very first pain anesthesia blocker. I said to myself how is this possible that I’ve been at the dentist for hours and haven’t been bothered for one minute. When I had to deal with an emergency for work, dr.Cortes compassionately either paused, or let me work while he was working. He was working his magic while I was emailing and texting away. His work, well that’s a whole other story. He is an artist for sure. Dentistry is a form of art in his eyes. He did an amazing job. I was cold , they gave me a blanket and the music was set to awesome country music and images of the Netherlands. Truly an awesome experience and so Much so that I had to make this post.

Dr. Evelyn Prieto, originally from Cuba, graduated as a dentist in Havana school of Dental Medicine. Following her dreams, she migrated to the USA in 2007 where she began all steps to validate and continue her education. Even though she was presented with a fresh start she decided to continue doing what she loves, taking care of patients and helping them smile.
Guillermo Cortes, D.M.D.
Dr. Guillermo Cortes was born in Isla de La Juventud, Cuba where he graduated as a dentist in 2002. He moved to the USA in 2005, where he pursued his dream once again and graduated from Nova Southeastern University – College of Dental Medicine.
