Appointment text messages
If you provide your mobile number and agree, we will send you text messages about your appointments.
- Program name: Comfy Smile Dental appointment messages
- What we send: appointment confirmations and appointment reminders. Nothing else. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.
- How often: only in connection with your appointments — typically one confirmation when an appointment is made or changed, and one reminder before it.
- Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier's charges are yours.
- To stop: reply STOP at any time. We will send one message confirming you are unsubscribed and will send no more.
- For help: reply HELP, or call us at 954-251-0804.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- Supported carriers may change, and delivery is not guaranteed.
Stopping text messages does not affect your care or your appointments. We will contact you by telephone instead.
